1. What Investiamus is

Investiamus is an information and comparison service. It presents factual, source-referenced information about investment instruments and the routes through which they may be accessed from a given country, and explains the differences between those routes.

Investiamus is currently operated as an independent project. No incorporated legal entity, company registration number or registered address has been established for it yet.

2. What Investiamus is not

Investiamus does not provide investment advice, personal recommendations, portfolio management or tax advice, and is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, custodian or execution venue. Nothing on the site is a suggestion that an instrument, provider or access route is suitable, better or recommended for you. No order is ever placed and no asset is ever held for you.

3. Information can become outdated

Eligibility criteria, fees, product terms, listings and availability change over time. Information shown here may be incomplete, delayed or superseded. Anything not yet confirmed against official documentation is labelled as requiring verification.

4. Provider and product documentation is authoritative

The terms of the relevant provider and the official product documentation always take precedence over anything shown on Investiamus. You must independently confirm your eligibility, the applicable terms, the costs and the risks with the provider and the product documentation before you act.

5. No guarantee of completeness or availability

We do not guarantee that coverage is complete, that any particular asset, instrument, provider or country is included, or that the service is continuously available. Features may change or be withdrawn.

6. Accounts and watchlists

Accounts and watchlists are convenience features. They store what you save so you can find it again; they are not a portfolio, a holding, a position or a record of any investment. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account.

7. Acceptable use

Use Investiamus for your own informational purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service or its access controls, scrape it systematically, resell or redistribute its content as a data product, misrepresent it as advice, or submit unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content through its request forms.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its written explanations and the structure of its comparison data belong to Investiamus. Underlying facts, official documents and third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links; you may not copy the service substantially.

9. Beta service

Investiamus is in beta. It is offered as-is and as-available, may contain errors, and may change, break or be interrupted without notice.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Investiamus is not liable for investment decisions you make, for losses arising from reliance on information presented here, or for the acts, terms or availability of any provider or product mentioned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not specify a governing jurisdiction; that will be added when a legal entity is established.
